Plein Air Studies - Black and White

Great thing about Photoshop.  Threw down the saturation on all of these to check my values.  I'll have to keep working on my color because I prefer these in black and white.

Plein Aire Studies

These are the Mountains around SLC.   I usually go right after work which means that my lighting is often the same.  I need to try getting out different times of the day and in different weather.

Oil Head Study

Good practice.  I need to do more of these.  this one was a little over 2 hrs.

More MARKS (A.K.A. interesting people I see on my way to work)

Its fun Drawing people from memory.  I ride my bike to work, so sometimes I only glimpse them for a second but it is refreshing to be forced to see the simple shapes and overall impression of the character instead of getting caught up in the details.

Mark by the Library

A memory sketch of a woman I saw by the library last week.

Pacific Rim: A Guy in a robot suit... In another robot suit, In another robot suit?

Confession: I havn't seen this yet, but If I had more than one awesome robot suit, I'd try wearing as many as possible at the same time too.

Happy Birthday Jessica!
